The Coe History Guitar

The Coe History Guitar
Remember My Family: The Coe History Guitar explains the process and story behind a custom Attila Custom Guitars handcrafted electric guitar.

Made from cedar, redwood, black walnut, sycamore, pine, and a few other things, this guitar has been worked on by 9 generations of his family spread over 200+ years before it reached Attila. Gavin has had grandfathers dating back to the American Revolutionary War who have been a part of this guitar.

The top is from the siding of his family’s house from the 1800’s, the headstock inlay was made out of nails, his Civil War Captain Grandfather hammered into the barn beam (that is now part of the body), along with the redwood bench his WWII era grandfather made in the 60’s, there’s a lot of history in this instrument.
